Computerised design and artwork for your custom designed wall plaques
We have an in house Artwork and design facility to ensure we provide high quality and accurate output for you wall plaque design, either working from your visuals/brief or from your own files/origination. Proofs of your custom shields or designs will be Emailed for approval prior to a production of your wooden plaques. We are PC based, however we can also work from Mac format files - please contact us for further information.
Screen printing
Each wall shield is screen printed individually. Quality control ensures image quality and colour consistency. On average most shield designs involve printing between 6 and 10 colours within the layout.
Manufacturing is usually approximately 3 weeks from approval of artwork.
Woodwork
Each wooden plaque shield is handmade individually and hand finished in our workshops. We use Medium Density Fibreboard sandwiched between Sapele wood veneers, and Guarea from West African sustainable forests.
